Jimmy Kimmel Proves He’s a Free Speech Fraud

Far-Left host returns to ABC, refuses to directly apologize and much worse

He couldn’t do it, and no one is surprised.

The host of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” returned to ABC after a one-week suspension for saying MAGA Nation helped kill Charlie Kirk.

He was wrong, and the lie shocked a nation. Instead of directly apologizing for the lie, Kimmel danced around the subject.

  • He cried. Of course. That’s what the former “Man Show” host does these days
  • He attacked President Donald Trump. Of course. That’s all the former “Man Show” host does these days
  • He praised Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk. That’s the kindest part of Kimmel’s monologue
  • He made himself a free speech martyr, ignoring why he’s the furthest thing from that

Through it all, something was missing. Something massive. Something that spoke directly to his “free speech” mission.

Jimmy Kimmel is Back!

Yesterday, hours and hours before “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” taped Tuesday’s episode, Google announced it had censored users under pressure from the Biden administration.

That wasn’t a talk show host riding the pine for a week. This was direct government censorship, a true infringement on the First Amendment. It happened during a global crisis, and it wasn’t restricted to the pandemic.

Fox News:

…White House officials at the time pushed Google behind the scenes to remove perceived misinformation related to COVID-19. The lawyer for Google also noted that the big tech platform censored content independently of the Biden administration based on its internal policies but that the company has since rolled back those policies.

The New York Post:

Users including current FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino, now-White House counterterrorism chief Sebastian Gorka and “War Room” podcast host Steve Bannon had been yanked off the video site in recent years after being flagged for repeated violations of COVID-19” and “elections integrity” policies [emphasis added].

And Kimmel didn’t bring it up. Not one syllable.

It’s no accident.

Like Kimmel’s initial, vicious lie, it’s part of Kimmel’s radical transformation from rude comic to far-Left activist. He ignores Democrats behaving badly.

The Biden administration crushed free speech, and because it mostly impacted conservatives, Kimmel looked the other way. Then and now.

He also failed to rally behind canceled stars like Tucker Carlson, Roseanne Barr and Gina Carano. That’s who he really is, a naked partisan who waves the free speech flag only when it’s convenient.

Ironically, Kimmel thanked prominent conservatives like Clay Travis and Ben Shapiro for supporting his free speech rights during the recent imbroglio. If only Kimmel ever did the same. (Will he do so moving forward?)

It’s good that Kimmel is back on the air. Market forces may take him down again, but no government diktat should.

Nor did the latter actually happen, according to all available information.

Every monologue reveals who Kimmel really is. And we can see it with our own eyes. He’s a free speech fraud, plain and simple.

  1. Before I even start I know that you will lack the motivation to actually read what I say and try to look internally, but I’ll try anyway I suppose.
Kimmel’s not even a tv personality I like in the slightest, I’m legitimately angry to feel like I’m on “his side” right now, and yet I’m baffled how you all are so offended by the absolute nothing burger that he ACTUALLY said on his show and are claiming it was “making light” of a murder. Seriously, you’re making our side look like the real snowflakes these days and it’s downright embarrassing. The so-called “right” has been making jokes about politicians who’ve been injured and killed by political violence for years. That’s why I don’t believe anyone these days who claims to be conservative are TRULY for conservative or Republican values, because this is not the party I grew up with. This isn’t even the same party as it was in 2016 anymore.
This response is completely incongruent with how you extremists claiming to be “conservatives” reacted to the shootings and deaths of the Minnesota politicians only MONTHS ago. Why wasn’t that a national tragedy followed by a huge “bash” of a memorial service that “reignited” patriotism? You’re all hypocrites who are aiding in tearing the Republican party in half and for what? Do you feel safer parroting the words of the guy in charge just because he’s powerful? Because certainly you don’t believe half of what you type and still call yourself right-winged? No one deserves to be murdered, but this man also does not need to be deified and I wish you all would take a long hard look at whether or not this is truly the path you want to follow others down or not. This political climate is not going to last, but your decisions to uphold the people and policies that are going to harm ALL Americans and true American values is not going to be forgotten or forgiven. I’m praying for you.

    1. First off, YOU are spreading BS with this statement “returned to ABC after a one-week suspension for saying MAGA Nation helped kill Charlie Kirk.”

That’s not what he said and you know it.
This is what he actually said.
“The MAGA Gang (is) desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points”.

I’ll bet that the Assassin and his Gay, Furrie, Trans, Drug Addict, Sex Partner aren’t part of and disavow the “MAGA Gang” with every fiber of their being.
Then, you double down with this Bovine Excrement “The so-called “right” has been making jokes about politicians who’ve been injured and killed by political violence for years.”

I’m 64 and can’t recall any such behavior from the right. Please provide evidence to back up your claim.
Then you vomited this. “This response is completely incongruent with how you extremists claiming to be “conservatives” reacted to the shootings and deaths of the Minnesota politicians only MONTHS ago. Why wasn’t that a national tragedy followed by a huge “bash” of a memorial service that “reignited” patriotism?
My answer is Leftist Violence is baked into the mix. When they kill their own for their speech, it’s expected. Just Dems being Dems. What do you expect for not toeing the party line.
Charlie wasn’t a politician. He also wasn’t anything the “Left” claimed he was. He was killed for not Kowtowing to the Commie worldview. All Repubs condemned those Dem murders in the congress only about Half the Donks condemned Charlie’s murder.
In conclusion, You have lost my respect and future attention. Not that your RINO ass could give a shit. I’m sure.

    2. Um, the only comparison to political comedy conservatives have is the Babylon Bee. They never have joked about violence against liberals to my knowledge. They do call famous liberals names, though, and make fun of what they say and former President Biden making confused statements.
Since I was raised to believe it is wrong to call others stupid and Babylon Bee accepts tobacco money, I haven’t financially supported the Babylon Bee even though I’ve been conservative all my life, but I do like reading many of their jokes after overhearing the continual misrepresentation of conservatives on the televisions I overhear at work.

  2. “The host of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” returned to ABC after a one-week suspension for saying MAGA Nation helped kill Charlie Kirk.”

Yeah only that is not what he said, and all you have to do is watch the clip to see that for yourself.

    You people are pathetic.

    1. If I went on nationwide TV and blamed John Smith’s aunt for murdering someone when she didn’t do it, and encouraged the conspiracy theory that the president of the United States was in on it, I would expect people to call me out for it.
