Ellen Barkin Cruelly Attacks Charlie Kirk’s Widow, Calls Her a ‘Dog’

Nothing Gina Carano ever said online has been as harsh as what Ellen Barkin spews.

Yet Carano got fired by Disney for posts that supposedly crossed a bright, red line. (Carano later sued the Mouse House and came away happy with her settlement).

Barkin has yet to face repercussions from her online hate, nor will she. The actress mostly hits targets on the Right, and that is perfectly acceptable within her Hollywood clique.

Remember how the “Sea of Love” actress insulted White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt and wished comedian Louis CK would get raped and shot? Or the time she compared President Donald Trump to Hitler and predicted he would kill 6 million Jews?

None of these comments cost her any work or sparked public condemnation during the peak of Cancel Culture. That suggests her latest blast of rage won’t harm the 71-year-old’s career, either.

Barkin targeted Erika Kirk on Friday in a series of increasingly nasty X posts. Kirk watched her husband and the father of her two children get gunned down by a lone sniper on Sept. 10, an assassination that shocked the nation.

No matter what one thinks about Charlie Kirk, his widow or their collective beliefs, mocking a newly widowed mother is about as low as one can go.

Yet the Left consistently goes there on social media. Barkin joined them on Friday.

For context, Erika Kirk didn’t have a national platform or persona prior to her husband’s death. Now, she’s been tasked with continuing his legacy via Turning Point USA, the organization Charlie Kirk founded.

So she has taken a more high-profile approach in recent weeks while putting the pieces of her life back together.

That makes her a “grifter,” as Barkin sees it. First, she insinuated that the widowed woman is happy with her newfound “fame” and eager to exploit it via reality television.

Barkin had previously called on her followers to boycott CBS for having Erika Kirk on an upcoming news telecast.

Next, she dug the cyber knife in further, calling the widow a “dog” in the process.

Barkin’s fans cheered on the attacks, accusing Erika Kirk of being a “grifter” following her husband’s murder.

Hollywood is ruled by a two-tiered system. Liberal stars can get away withy plenty – see Baldwin, Alec, Midler, Bette and Kimmel, Jimmy for prime examples. Anyone on the Center-Right to Right must watch what they say, or else.

Just ask Carano or Roseanne Barr.

Barkin knows she won’t face professional blowback for her cruelty. She will have to face herself in the mirror every day and see the kind of person she has become.
