First Look: ‘The Chosen’ Season 5
The global sensation moves from the big screen to living rooms via Prime Video

“The Chosen” spent the Spring drawing the faithful to movie theaters nationwide.
Three separate “Chosen” features from the show’s fifth season crashed the Top 10 box office charts. The numbers proved once more that its fan base will follow the saga wherever it goes.
“The Chosen’s” theatrical releases have grossed nearly $140 million worldwide in 55 countries over the past three years. Now, Prime Video is preparing to unveil the show’s latest season on the home front.
The fifth season of “The Chosen” debuts next month exclusively on Prime Video. The eight-episode run will debut in three parts over three weeks. The first two episodes will bow June 15, followed by three episodes on June 22 and the last three episodes on June 29.
The show’s first four seasons are currently streaming on Prime Video and also can be accessed via “The Chosen” app.
Amazon MGM Studios partnership with 5&2 Studios, the company responsible for “The Chosen,” includes streaming rights to the show’s first five seasons and the new unscripted series “The Chosen in the Wild with Bear Grylls” for Prime Video.

The deal also also includes theatrical and streaming rights to “The Chosen’s” upcoming final two seasons – the crucifixion (Season 6) and the resurrection (Season 7).
