Is Adam Carolla More Trustworthy than Legacy Media Outlets?

Comic podcaster called out Dr. Fauci early, brings critical receipts

Adam Carolla dubbed Dr. Anthony Fauci “compromised” years before we knew the full story behind the pandemic puppetmaster.

The comic podcaster watched Dr. Fauci hem and haw when asked if he should condemn BLM-style protests, and he saw the game in play.

Suddenly, Dr. Fauci wasn’t an expert. He was a partisan, someone willing to twist the truth to fit an agenda. Carolla only scratched the surface with that observation.

Now, in the wake of Dr. Fauci’s diaries and his disastrous Capitol Hill testimony, we know all too much about the doctor’s sins.

Except the Legacy Media still thinks it’s 2020, and Dr. Fauci is flirting with sainthood. That’s when they’re covering the latest Dr. Fauci scandal at all.

Not Carolla.

He weighed in on Dr. Fauci’s awful, no good week on “The Adam Carolla Show” Wednesday. Nary a punch was pulled.

That’s being kind.

Carolla kicked of his show’s news segment by playing an older clip of Dr. Fauci saying he’d be happy to testify on Capitol Hill if given the chance.

“We can defend and explain and stand by everything that we said,” Dr. Fauci said in the clip.

Did any mainstream media outlet play that clip? It sure seemed pertinent this week.

Sen. Rand Paul forced Dr. Fauci to testify in Washington Tuesday, and it didn’t go well for him. He used his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination a total of 111 times.

He refused to even say what color his tie was in one humiliating exchange that cut the doctor down to size.

I asked Fauci basic questions: What day of the week is it today? What color tie are you wearing?

“He lied. A lot. He was dumb enough, or arrogant enough, to put it in his diaries,” Carolla said, referencing the damning revelations shared by Sen. Paul mere days ago.

Said diaries showed he routinely betrayed his public comments regarding the pandemic’s origin, the virus’s mortality rate and more.

“The only reason there is a diary is so that he can keep track of his compliments,” Carolla said. The missives showed him bragging about his celebrity admirers and other egotistical musings. “He had enough hubris and narcissism to keep a document of his compliments.

Carolla expanded his Dr. Fauci critique to the political Left. Modern Democrats haven’t stopped praising the disgraced expert, even with the most recent revelations in play.

“He always was a liar and idiots on the Left bought into it,” he said. “They bought all into it. They pushed it all … then, they tried to get people fired who disagreed with them and deplatform them.”

Later in the broadcast, Carolla skewered Dr. Fauci for trying to silence dissenting opinions regarding the pandemic.

“He knew those other doctors were right and smeared them as quacks and ruined their reputations and tried to get them de-platformed so Julia Roberts could kiss his b***s,” Carolla said.

“That makes him a bad dude.”

The podcaster mocked CNN for interrupting a guest, The New York Post’s Lydia Moynihan, who dared bring up Dr. Fauci’s scandal mid-conversation. The fellow panelists rushed in to cross talk her into silence.

Carolla circled back to Dr. Fauci, and his anger just kept rising.

“You f****ing ruined kids’ lives. You did an experimental vaccination. You stopped livelihoods. You sent kids into depression, suicide, learning loss… you struck that match, you arsonist. And that’s why you’re being f****ing punished,” he said. “And to all the weak-willed p***ies who are on the Left and want to defend the arsonists, f*** right off.”
