SICK: Michael Moore Praises Iran, Trashes U.S.
Far-Left filmmaker ignores slaughtered innocents to attack Trump, America

It’s getting hard to stand out in the liberal crowd.
Ghoulish progressives like Hasan Piker and Jennifer Welch suck up much of the Democratic oxygen, venting in ways that should have them punted from polite society.
Instead, high-profile Democrats and journalists alike seek their company and candor.

That makes being Michael Moore a challenge.
The far-Left filmmaker was once Hollywood’s progressive darling. Now, he’s an afterthought at best. He hasn’t directed a film since 2018’s “Fahrenheit 11/9,” and his box office receipts have been in a steep decline since his breakout film, 2004’s “Fahrenheit 9/11.”
What’s a far-Left radical to do? Side with a terrorist regime, that’s what, according to The New York Post.
Moore shared a Substack rant this week on the Iranian war that sounded more like modern-day Tucker Carlson than anything sane or sober.
“We’re the bad guys! If you didn’t realize that under previous presidents at least Donald Trump has ripped off the mask and shown you who we really are!”
Later, he praised Iran as “the cradle of one of the greatest civilizations this planet has ever seen,” ignoring the countless terrorist attacks connected to the current regime.
Also conveniently left out? The Iranian government slaughtering its own people for daring to protest against its totalitarian ways, to the tune of a reported 30,000 dead. That number could be conservative.

Moore didn’t mention the nation’s human rights atrocities, the savagery against those who happen to be gay and other maniacal aspects of the current regime. Engaging in same-sex relationships is punishable by death in Iran.
Instead, he cherry-picked history, described Iran’s latest atrocities as merely “harsh government crackdowns” and downplayed the very worst elements of modern Iran.
“While our ancestors in Europe were still figuring out how to build a hut, the Persians had already written the world’s first declaration of human rights, built a multicultural empire that treated conquered peoples with dignity, and were doing math and medicine that we wouldn’t catch up to for a thousand years.
“These are the people who gave us algebra, medicine, and the theme song to Game of Thrones. Despite harsh government crackdowns and censorship today, Iran still produces some of the world’s greatest filmmakers. America has been meddling with and attacking Iran since 1953.”
In a sane Hollywood, this commentary might make it hard to get your next project greenlit.
For Moore, it could be a resume enhancer.
Michael Moore really is a heartless goblin.
