Samantha Bee Slams Trump for Giving Us Hope
The far-left 'comic' wants you to be miserable. Can you guess why?
Samantha Bee may be the nastiest, most partisan late night comic on TV.
That’s no small feat, given the rancor coming from her Hollywood peers. The host of “Late Night with Seth Meyers” recently dubbed President Donald Trump a “sociopath” during another of his whimsical, laugh-a-minute rants.
Still, Bee endures.
The TBS personality’s biggest recent curveball, though, was launching her pandemic show reboot by avoiding Trump entirely. Her first monologue away from her studio tried making all of us, on the Left and the Right, laugh.
She’s catching up now, though.
In her latest rant, the “Full Frontal with Samantha Bee” star savaged the president for giving Americans hope in a very tough time. Yes, hope is now a slur in America.
“Hope and Change” devolved into, “We’re All Gonna Die,” apparently, and for purely partisan purposes.

Bee played clips from Trump’s most recent presser, a daily event meant to educate Americans on the latest CO-VID 19 updates. The same updates media outlets want to cancel … because journalism.
“Full Frontal with Samantha Bee” earlier mocked a proud American for transforming his business to help the country in its darkest hour. Now, Bee wants us to believe “hope” is like toilet paper in our current crisis – out of reach.
“At least we have the President to give us the boost we need,” she said, the snark dribbling off her tongue before showing a few Trump clips.
“I don’t want to be negative. I’m a positive person.”
“This is really easy to be negative about. But I want to give people hope, too. You know I’m a cheerleader for the country.”
It’s the opposite of President Jimmy Carter’s “Malaise” speech, which helped make him a one-term leader.
Bee didn’t see it that way.
“He IS a cheerleader. He even came up with his first cheer!” she cried, then played a clip of Trump spelling out CO-VID.
Riotous, right?
Bee went on to trash Trump for relaxing rules meant to smite Climate Change … because that’s what on every American’s mind during the current crisis.
Perhaps somebody can help me with this. How does a comedic actress, who majored in theater, suddenly become smarter and wiser than the rest of us? I cannot understand the origin of her smarmy, know it all attitude and beliefs. All the daily show alums are like this, so it must have something to do with John Stewart.
What a POS!
Someone tell her to stop using that axe. She will hurt herself.
Shame she wasn’t around during WWII and was negative about us surviving the Japaneses onslaught. She might have been tarred and feathered at a minimum. I would like to do it now, be we are more civilized now; ha, ha.
If that is all that’s required for a career in comedy, then I have a shot.
Never heard of her before, and I shall likely not hear of her again, except by accident.
