Liberal Bill Maher Says the Unthinkable
'Real Time with Bill Maher' host has been pushed too far by radical Left
Conservatives have a love-hate relationship with comedian Bill Maher.
He’s the one liberal late-night host willing to mock both sides of the aisle. He’s called out the “woke mind virus” early and often. More importantly, he’s the only host to skewer Democrats for playing footsie with antisemites.
Yet he continues to promote progressive politicians, even ones as odious as Maine Senatorial candidate Graham Platner.
This week, Maher suggested he might do something he never thought he would.
Vote GOP. Why?
It couldn’t be more obvious. The Democrats have gone so far to the Left that they’ve embraced radical, anti-Israel politicians who make Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez look like Rush Limbaugh.
The recent New York election ushered in a wave of such candidates. For Maher, that’s a bridge too far.
“If this is where the Democratic Party is going… this obsession with Israel, with the Jew-hating, with they don’t believe in capitalism, no prisons, if this is where they’re going, my vote is in play,” Maher told Vance. “It’s either going to be you or Rubio.
Maher reiterated his fear that President Donald Trump won’t leave office in 2028 and complained how the real estate mogul wouldn’t concede that he lost in 2020.
Maher seems less concerned with Hillary Clinton’s similar contention about the 2016 contest.
Still, the modern Democratic party is heading further and further Left, so much so that Maher may have to make an unlikely choice.
Here’s betting he’s not alone.
