Rob Schneider Roasts ‘Grifter’ Candace Owens
'SNL' alum picks up where Ben Shapiro left off at AmFest conservative gathering

Ben Shapiro did what some conservative influencers refuse to do earlier this week at AmFest 2025.
The Daily Wire co-founder took Candace Owens to task for spreading baseless conspiracies tied to the murder of Charlie Kirk.
Owens fired back, insulting Shapiro’s height while failing to address the substance of the pundit’s attack.
On Friday, Rob Schneider took the baton from Shapiro and gave Owens the roasting she richly deserved.
The “Saturday Night Live” alum, who has shifted to the Right in recent years. mocked Owens with the worst word in the political ecosystem.
Grifter.
OMG
Rob Schneider ROASTED the living hell out of Candace Owens !!!
I tried to WARN her fans weeks ago that Candace would soon become the running JOKE of the internet…

Schneider repeatedly referred to the conspiracy-addled podcaster as “Candace Owen” in his speech Friday at the Phoenix Convention Center. That may have cut the deepest of all.
Either way, here’s some of what Schneider had to say.
“I just heard that Candace Owen [sic] has proof that the Venezuelan boats were blown up by the zionist state of Israel. And it’s true because Candace had a dream about it. All of Candace’s dreams come true .. especailly the dream she had when she was a little girl about one day becoming the biggest grifter the world has ever seen.
“But there is a glimmer of hope. After a conversation that she had with Erika Kirk, Candace Owens has promised to be 3 percent less completely retarded.
“She’s not afraid to ask the important questions, like does Emmanuel Macron’s elderly wife have a penis,” he quipped about her crusade to doubt the French leader’s wife’s gender. That line of questioning has her at the center of a defamation lawsuit filed by the Macrons.
Comedians have mostly stood back while Owens’ public profile expanded with her increasingly erratic comments. Late-night TV hosts and “SNL,” in particular, have stood down rather than mock her.
Schneider’s comments may have opened the floodgates.
The comedian also shared some serious thoughts about faith, culture and the legacy Kirk left behind following his shocking Sept. 10 assassination.
